Abusive behaviour towards another member with the sole purpose of causing offense will be grounds for having membership removed. We have a policy of providing one written warning, after which time we will ban if a member decides to ignore this warning. The member's avatar will be changed to a yellow card (think football guys and girls) and thereafter a red card upon dismissal.
Please note: good behaviour following the warning will result in the yellow card being removed, but only after a time period @ the discretion of the moderators.
The yellow and red cards will look like this:
Spamming is forbidden. Mods will lock/move/delete the thread and a warning will be issued to the member responsible. Repeated spamming in all forums will be grounds for immediate termination of membership.
Please be courteous and polite to fellow members. This forum is largely made up of adults, and so we expect you to act your age!
* Post porn - keep it office safe.
* Post images taken from other sites.
* Repost - that's what the 'View Older Messages' link is for. Don't repost because you think nobody liked your image and you'll get a better reaction this time round. It doesn't work like that - trust us.
* Be nasty to newbies
* Be boring
* Think of something fun and post it.
Conditions for your use of Shrine BBS require that you agree not to do any of the following: Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a WWE employee or WWE Superstar, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with such stated person or entity; Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying Shrine BBS * Live Chat; Post any material that is harmful, invasive of publicity or private rights, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, offensive, illegal or otherwise objectionable: that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense or otherwise give rise to liability, or that discriminates on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity; Post or transmit any information, software or other material which violates or infringes on the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder; Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, Post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component; Post, upload, distribute or otherwise publish materials soliciting funds, promoting, advertising or offering for sale any goods or services, including soliciting other Shrine BBS or ShrineWorks users for other commercial online services without the express written approval of The Shrine Crew.
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this forum.
Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this forum. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of this forum. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator of this forum immediately. We have the rights to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum. We at this forum also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.
You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.
PLEASE only open ONE account, and do not post as a guest in the member areas if you have the relevant passwords. Your IP will give you away - we know who has more than one a/c, and if you persist with such behaviour then we shall close all your a/c's and ban your IP and email addresses.
After you register and log into this forum, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
Refrain from discussions of someone's sexuality. It's not important. Whether it's public or not, discussions of this nature often degenerate into something they need not be so better if they are not discussed at all. Have fun with people you know, but if it's not funny to them it ceases to be 'a laugh'.
Religion - refrain from religious discussions. This is not to say a post can't be made asking which former worker is now a preacher. However, the moment any post or thread veers into an actual discussion of religion, it will be deleted. This doesn't mean the board is anti-religion, it simply means this board is not the place for those sorts of discussion.
Do not change your username without permission. We will always be able to see who you registered as, and will change it back, and we have had to ban some little kiddies for repeatedly doing this, so please use your head and just ask one of us first, okay?
SPAM belongs in the spamzone, PICTURES belong in the pictures forum and so on. It's all fairly simple. Please do not spam anywhere but in the designated section. Oh and if you repeatedly spam in order to get your post count up outside of the spamzone, we shall set your post count down to nil. Your post count may also be set down to nil if we give you a yellow card warning.
Finally - do not link to any wrestling sites without our permission - this includes in your signitures too! If you ask us and we like the site we will probably let you - as opposed to you doing it anyway and us banning your sorry arse!
Basically we reserve the right to do whatever the hell we like You can bitch and moan about it, but unless you are getting on our tits you have nothing to worry about!
Members areas are for MEMBERS - sounds simple enough, but this means for people who can be arsed to post. Passwords will go out at the start of each calendar month, via IM only (we will never email passwords) - and if you don't bother to post, then we won't bother to send you one. Simple enough really, huh?
Sig pictures no larger than 450x125 pixels (that is a MAXIMUM) and avatars no larger than 85x85 pixels. This is to ensure pleasant viewing for members with low screen resolutions. We reserve the right to modofy your profile if your signiture and/or avatar are too large and either modify or remove them.
Have fun - post questions about the rules in thie forum (you will need to start a new thread).
