I think this thread should be ressurected like a decomposing zombie Jesus. It's 'da bomb'
Its always good to hear what other peoples weeks have been like, especially if theirs have been worse than your own. I find it particuarly interesting as I'm a nosey git.

My week has been rubbish. I've got a cold and am a poor as poor man.

Any advances on that?

I agree, this thread is great. It should be kept alive like an old woman who yearns for the sweet taste of death, yet unfortunately doesn't live in Sweden.

My week's been pretty lame. It turns out I actually have an illness that hasn't been classified yet... it's a mental illness where I cannot stop playing a game - no matter how shit - until I've completed it. So I've wasted hours of my week playing Dark Chronicle. I'll never get those hours back.
The game's stupid.

I haven't done anything else, at all!

Oh, I bought a new laptop from Dell. That was fun!

I cut my hair!

I died it blue!

Work told me to cut it again!

I did!

Work made me shave it!

I did!

Work made me buy a new uniform because I was too scruffy!

I did!

Work then changed it's uniform policy, meaning that I had to buy another uniform and I didn't have to cut my hair!

I told them to suck my fucking cock!

I hate my job. Otherwise life as normal! I topped my previous record for least time spent at home however. I smashed my 36 hours with a HELLACIOUS 17 hour round trip, which included 8 hours of sleep.

Told you not much.

My flatmate just volunteered:

"Hi, I don't think that Kane and Lita should have got married when she was not well or because a contract told them to"

Any advance on that guys? Oxfam, your chance to flame is nigh.

Ooh ooh... let me at him!

"hi i just want to say that should kane and lita got wed while she was not will and because a paper she had to do"

This is clearly abstract poetry, much like the work produced by Dylan Thomas.

It is totally metaphorical in meaning.

"Hi" = Hello
"Got wed" = Got milk
"She was not Will" = presumably she was Grace
"A paper she had to do" = could be a reference to LSD, definitely drugs.

There is no moral to this story. It's a sad tale ending in the rock and roll death of Debra Messing.

Oh I don't know what it says. Punctuate and spell correctly!

I was lucky enough to witness a battle of the domestic vs the feral the other day. Thats right ladies and gentlemen, a small dog and a fox were trying to beat the crap out of each other. Who won? Tune in next week. What other evenly matched animal kingdom slugfest would be intriuging to watch?

In other news, I went to the V festival over the weekend and was rocked to the very core of my being by Muse and was dismayed to see that somebody allowed a piano-playing hobbit onto the stage to rip a radiohead song to shreds. Also a heavily bearded man attempted to relieve himself on the side of my tent. And I don't mean wee.

Ala Frank Sinatra, what 5 items would people have in their coffins?

Four limbs and my head. I want the majority of me present at my funeral.

I've done nothing uselful my entire life.

Last week was no exception. I helped build a filing cabinet. I'm a man!

A dog vs a fox isn't fair, unless by "fox" you meant nice looking lady... but then if you meant, by dog, a not nice looking lady, then we're back to square one, since ugly women are usually harder... FACT!

I'd like to be buried with Pearl Jam's first 4 albums plus a CD player, and hope they sell batteries in Heaven (or Hell), otherwise after about 10 hours of being dead, I'll also be very bored.
Can dead people look at pornography? If so, I'll change my vote right now!

That's four wor.... no wait, you're right; three words!

How come Tiff, is it dread that the Republicans are coming to the Big Apple soon and the Firefighters are in a pay dispute, or is it that people continue to refer to New York as an apple when it is quite clearly not an apple, it's a large, sprawling city?

I almost made it into London (which by the way is more like an apple - a rotten apple), but thanks to Silverlink trains cancelling the entire service I'm stuck in my shitty home town.

So I'd like those of you who work for Silverlink Trains to account for this inconsiderate act... come on, you know who you are.

Instead, I'm going up to visit Stainiak and indulge in a little, light copyright theft.

I live almost an hour away from the city, out on Long Island. Besides, we don't care about the Reps. We're Democrats.

I laugh because the two parties always like to bash each other.

"Oh. Kerry faked his Vietnam War injuries."

"That's not true. Look at George Bush. He went AWOL during whatever war he was in."

Who gives a flying f**k about what they did? Everyone makes mistakes in their life. Not everyone's perfect. You're not gonna find the perfect president. They should just shut their traps and continue on with their campaigns.

True Tiff, nobody's perfect... but then not everyone is a crook with corporate ties as big as a human fist, like the currant President.

And FYI, Bush wasn't in a war, he just served at an American air force base for a year and turned up exactly 0 times for duty.

But I digress!
None of the above had anything to do with my week.

Thankyou for correcting me there. I'm not good when it comes to politics.
