Remember that day off I said I had? I went away. I'm working again today too. Yesterday was my first day off after having worked for 8 consecutive days, and I am absolutly knackered. Today's shift? 4 til 8, so I have the whole day to wait for a crap shift. Oh if only I could think of a reason to skive.

Had to get up early to get the post. Missed it yesterday, see.

Otherwise an uneventful week, CarlM16 sadly being the highlight for me. Looks like I'll be alone in the flat for a while too, Fee's on holiday, flatmate's seem to be spending lots of time at their other place, nd most other people are on holiday.

It's you and me now guys, just like the old times!

We're here for you - maybe you could conjure up Ahmed for a lil while to keep you company smiley

Well, I started the lite board although still not entirely sure how it'll work.... but you know what I mean smiley

Had a nice dinner last night and good evening with the hubs. Shame that the morning came. Plus my mother is over today (oh joy) and she is bringing with me my signed Beckham shirt so I can sell it.

Anyone wanna buy it? Sticking it up on Ebay - will link it to here when I do smiley

Lukes has just had a poo - oh this day is just great already....

Luke's done a poo, Matty is all alone, CarlM16 is gone, Shib has left... what a twisted week this is and we still haven't reached the weekend!

I can't wait to nail a 17 year old

Well, my week was ok, the bosses were out of the country last week so I was on kind of a vacation. They came back this week, I was expecting chaos, but it has actually been pretty peaceful. It's Friday and that is all that matters now. I have 7 more hours of work left then I am going home cook a good dinner and get some...... :snooze: wink

Quote of the week comes from one of my co-workers showing the new person around the shop, on a day that I wasn't there;

"This is where Matt usually works. He's a bit Gothic but alright...I guess."

Ha ha...

The people in my work think I'm weird, but I couldn't give less of a shit if I was constipated.
One of them is adamant I have Tourette's syndrome, which doesn't really make sense because, far from saying random words all the time, I don't say anything all day.

Anyway, all I can say about this weekend... It was fucking dog's cum. I went to Stainiak's Friday, stayed in Saturday, and here I am Sunday, at home again.

Isn't it sad that we try to educate ourselves and have dreams and aspirations as high and far stretched as the human mind can comprehand. Then we get stuck in shit-boring jobs where we feel like the very soul is being drained from us. Whatever happened to those young kids with such bright dreams huh?

Joe - you sound like it's not your sort of place - thought about maybe moving and doing something else? You've been there a while now - staying silent all day must do your head in.

I absolutly fucked my arms yesterday carrying the delivery in (I was the only person in teh shop that could do it). It's so bad I can't sit up and can barely lift my Vanilla Coke bottle. I skived today partly cos of it, and I've got to get the delivery in tomorrow and, chances are, the next day.

Had a job interview today...it went well...very well.

Can't make up my mind if this is good or bad though...

Yeah fooling kids is easy. Just look at the pictures on my hard drive.

I mean................ er............... Stainiak's hard drive.

I'm having a lame-ass week. The girl I have loved since I started at PC World... you know (Shrinebot certainly does).... Maria, well she's leaving on Friday for Uni.
I can't imagine life without her. Granted I only spoke about 2 sentences to her and didn't see her all that often, but I wanted to nail her in the toilets... I can't let that go easily.

On the uphand, I suppose, I'm not dead or dying (as far as I know). But I wish I had an eyepatch.

Ah fuck it! It's Friday tomorrow... Who knows what the weekend will have in store for Oxfez

Joe - send me your addy and I'll mail you an eyepatch smiley

SPEAK TO THIS MARIA WOMAN dammit - if she is leaving it doesn't matter if you make a tit of yourself. That's the situation I was in - Jay was leaving and I took a chance. Never looked back smiley

Matty - hope ur doing better. Luca managed 4 hrs in the patch today - and STILL forgot the vanilla coke sad

I havent posted in here yet deary me.

Anyhooo whats my week been like i shall start from last saturday thus making it a full week (ooh ramble).

Saturday mornig i get up at about 6.15 to get drivwen into glasgow with my mum to catch a train five hours on train later we arrive in Malliag (north west coast) where we having weekend away. Boats to skye are off cois it was bad weather int morn so we stay in Mallaig and go to the Marine Centre which was fun. wander round get bored go back to B+B, it was a very nivr B+B, fall asleep watch pop idol etc etc.
Sunday get boat to Skye wander round go on woodlnad walk thing. Then walk up a hill to a farm to go horse riding on heavy horses. i was on an 18hh horse (about 6 foot at the base of its neck) and we went for a beach ride which my mum always wanted to do then had a gallop up thru a woodland i clung on for dear life. since hadnt done any serious riding in about 4 years my legs were sore. after that went to the wee touristy shops then back to mallaig to try and find somewhere to eat but being a harbour town was sod all but seafood which neither of us liked so it was off to Spar for some munchies. Then another night of thrilling tv ie david attenbourgh biopic thing.
Monday back over to Skye then out in a wee dingy thing to go whalespotting, that was good we went really fast over the water and it as all bouincy. We only saw one whale very breifly but saw seals and porpoises too. Then it was time for home, on a steam train, on we get twas full of old peolpe. got that to fort willam where we had an hour n half til connectiong train to glasgow so went and had first proper meal in three days. Then 4 hour journy back to glasgow was v-bored, then hour back home yay!
That was good.

Got a letter form SAAS telling me since i already had 2 years of support i would only be elligble for funding in 3rd year. but i left after a month of second year, Found out my withdrawl date was recoreded as 3rd dec cut off 1st dec, i went to see about ti all 12th nov! Oh yes and i need to matriculate on tuesday!
That was bad

Spent a lot of the week shouting at various people at edinburgh uni, withdrawl date being changed
This is good.

Went to docotrs to get more inhalers
This is probably bad

Last night was supposed to go to the cinema with peoples but film was sold out so well fel back ion the usual plan...lets go play smackdown and since its friday watch RAW. But Jo (Mr Mysterios missus) and i decided we were having no part so went and did girly things, i got a makeover and was all pretty and girly then Jo got glam and we decided it would be a sham to waste it so abandoned them to there wrestling and went to the pub, i went against my usual state and decded to actually imbibe alcohl then got chjatted upo by 2 guys at the bar yay!
That was good.

I think that is a fairly unconcise summery of my week, maybe.
